Join Charlene and Betsy on Wednesday evenings for an in-person-only Shamani Yoga experience! Move your body and relax your mind with these fun and interactive classes. Betsy and Charlene will teach on alternate weeks. Held at the American Legion Hall in Nyack.

• We prefer all our in-person Yogis to be fully vaccinated and boosted. Masks are optional during the practice.
• If possible, bring your yoga mat, blanket(s), two blocks, and a strap.
