If the answer is yes, then join us for our Restorative Yoga Hour on Monday evenings in August. Start your workweek with a delicious 60-minute practice of breath and stillness on Mondays, August 15, 22, and 29 from 6-7 pm. Come receive the amazing benefits of letting go in a slow, healing practice that will help you experience physical relaxation, mental peace, and the ability to drop into the present moment, where everything really is just fine, right now. This workshop is appropriate for all levels and abilities. This class is open to four in-person yogis and will be Zoomed simultaneously. Registrants will receive a 48-Hour Replay.
In this Restorative Yoga Hour Zoom class you will practice from your own home – see the list of props below. If you choose the in-person option, some props will be provided.
Please have all these props assembled before the class begins:
- Your Sticky mat.
- One standard bed pillow.
- Two yoga blankets.
- Two yoga blocks.
- A folding chair, or any other similar chair that has space underneath and an open back.
- A belt with a buckle, or a yoga strap.
- A washcloth, small towel, or eye pillow.
- Optional – A shawl or second blanket as a cover for warmth.
